It all began in 2008 with the founding of Pescheria del Centro, which quickly became a landmark for the people of Bari thanks to its unparalleled freshness and expert selection of the finest seafood. Building on a success story based on quality, ten years ago Giovanni turned a vision into reality by opening Ristorante del Centro.
